We get it—you ordered something and now you want it as fast as possible. We've laid out the messy details of our shipping and returns policy here, so you can get back to doing... well, whatever you were doing.

Shipping

 

Because we are a small, family-run company, we handle each order with special care.

 

Your patience is appreciated while we work to get your certified mess to you.

  • On-Demand Orders: Since each item is printed just for you, these orders can take 6-9 business days to be delivered.

  • Other Orders: Items that are not on-demand products may take up to 12 business days for delivery.

  • Tracking: Rest assured, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order's journey to your door.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the total price.

Returns

 

We're all about embracing the chaos, but sometimes an order just doesn't work out.

 

Here’s what you need to know about returns.

  • Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund on items returned up to 15 days after you've received your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it.

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
